Sliding doors allow more room for furniture because they don’t take any space to open.

HOKKSUND panels comes in a high-gloss foil finish, available in several color options.

The soft-closing mechanism is integrated into the rails and catches the doors as they run on the rails so that they open and close slowly, quietly and softly.

The sliding doors do not require knobs or handles. This creates a timeless expression that is easy to combine with different styles.

You can tailor the look by combining HOKKSUND with panels in other colors or materials that you like.

The panels are interchangeable so you can update the look at a fraction of the cost compared to buying a new wardrobe.

Reasonably easy to assemble and very good lookingAnonymous reviewerI assembled a 4 carcase PAX wardrobe with two pairs of sliding doors mixing Hokksund and Auli panels. My only problem was appreciating what the drawings were saying when it was necessary to open the clip sides of the frame to insert the panels. It was not apparent that the edges of the frames were such complex parts or that so much pressure would be needed to open them. I've shown the instructions to a couple of other people who also did not not recognise what the drawings were saying. Perhaps an end view of a side showing how it opens up would be helpful? Once this was known it was easy enough to assemble the panels into the door frames.5

Function solution

Easier and faster to assemble

Half the time, a third as many screws – and a fraction of the work. This is the result of us updating the construction of our sliding doors with panels for PAX wardrobes. The big difference is that now you first hang the door frame on the wardrobe frame and then mount the panels. And while we were at it, we integrated the soft closing function and slimmed down the entire construction to save materials and free up more storage space. Easier, faster and better!
