Very low lighting!!Anonymous reviewerWe bought 2 of these for the living room/dining room. The light bulb option is limited so the lighting is so dim, it's depressing.
They Look nice but we had to combine them with some spots to get enough light in the room.2

BE Careful - Needs LED lightAnonymous reviewerDoesnt clearly specify that it needs LED bulb on installation BOOKLET (has it on the metal part on top) and should really make it more clear as switched on and glass smashed within 10mins - nearly hitting 2 year old son in head. VERY Dangerous, not sure if we can order replacements or whole thing has to go to waste!2

Only wish there was a table lamp to match for subtle lighting over the other area of my room. Also glass is fragile would be great to be able to buy xtra shades. 5

Shade fell off and smashedAnonymous reviewerBought this light and it looked great. Fitted GU10 bulbs as recommended. Only switched the light on a few times as its the Summer time. The glass shade got really hot, the fitting melted thus causing the glass shade to crack and smash on to kitchen table. Don't know if this is a fault or just bad luck. 😕2

Shades fall offAnonymous reviewerWe used normal bulbs with a convertor, they got so hot that they smelt of burning and the glass shades all fell to the ground. Going to try with led bulbs but if this doesn't work they're going back to ikea, possibly in bits if the sofa moves a few inches do doesn't catch them next time.1

Looks good when fitted but....Anonymous reviewerAbsolutely terrible fixing system, very awkward to locate on ceiling bracket and for best results requires incoming light cable to be several inches away from the centre of the bracket/ceiling pendant.
Do like the look of it but given it a low overall rating as fitting was so difficult and took a lot longer than it should.2
Nice light fitting but...Anonymous reviewerThis is a lovely looking light fitting but will not be suitable for everyone.
Firstly it's difficult to fit. I say this as an electrician who's fitted hundreds of light fittings. It's just so difficult to locate into the bracket. If someone asked me to fit one now I'd decline.
Secondly the light is not well dispersed but shines directly downwards so cannot be used as a "big light". The room is quite dark with it on. It does look very pretty though.3
