Whole thing was missing piecesDelx1Made the daybed and there wasn’t enough screws and planks were broken the draws were also broken it was a mess. On top Covid 19 came along and I can even call them up to ask them to help1
Broken after 3 yearsdonatella10Bought this bed 3 years ago. The pull out part of the bed is completely broken. The parts where the screws go are all broken screws fall straight out of it. The draws are completely broken too1
lovely designrachelle09Beautiful and confy, has good storage which makes it great. the only thing is that requires a lot of spate to build5
Comfortable bed but tricky buildJoseph77I bought this bed to provide a combination of a sleeping space and storage - it comfortably meets both requirements. However, I am reluctant to give it full marks due to the needs for (a) a very large space in which to assemble it and (b) to rotate an almost fully assembled bed to finish the other side.4
Buddy12345566Very disappointed used twice falling to bits just out of the guarantee not fit for purpose1
Great space saver of a bedJackson93Product itself is fantastic! It can be used as a sofa during the day for a games room and made into a bed by night, even turning it into a king size bed. The hoardings around it makes it all the more comfy too. Only issue was the instructions of construction especially if you are dyslexic like myself. However, when I popped into Gateshead store the staff were really helpful.5
Great bed for my 11 year old daughterRebecca1717The bed was easy to put up and is really useful for friends coming over to stay. Would happily recommend this item5
Excellent bed for limited spacePhyleasThis bed solved all my space problems. It is the perfect fit for a small room and the drawers made it more excellent for my box room.5
Perfect for childrenJuberExcellent for children's bed very comfortable.5
Very nice bedBartxGood size, nice design, managed to put it together by myself5
LisajaneI love the look of this bed. Perfect for what we needed, storage, the ability to become a Double bed when needed. But absolutely gutted that it’s a narrower than average bed. We brought the wrong mattress when we purchased the bed, so had to change it. Very limited choice for that size bed. Mattress we now have is very hard and not comfortable at all. Had to spend a further £55 on a very thick topper.3
Great bed plus storageRandom girl 30Great bed, comfy mattress5
Hermes Day bedEmma1618Bed looks lovely. However the durability of the bed is lacking. The slats on the base have snapped and one end of the bed is now dipped in. My daughter can’t pull it out now due to snapped slats. I wouldn’t recommend it for daily use. Looking to buy her another bed.1
Guest bedMike CPerfect occasional bed for grandchildren and ideal for guests leaving lots space when not in use as bed very attractive sofa5
"Function and flexibility are high on the agenda where space is at a premium. That's why I designed HEMNES day-bed to fulfil four functions. A single bed, double bed, sofa and storage drawers solve four of the key needs in every home. The simple lines make sure it's at home in almost any setting. I've heard people say this is an all-round item of furniture - with room for all the family in the double bed and the cat in the pull-out drawer! That makes a designer like me feel that I've achieved my aim."

Sofa and bed in one
Living in a small space or need an extra bed sometimes? Then a day-bed can be a smart solution since you get two types of furniture in one - a sofa by day and bed by night. And since some of our day-beds also have drawers, you get a practical place to store anything from pillows and duvets to clothes and toys.
What is fibreboard?
Fibreboard is a stable and durable material made of leftover wood from the wood industry. A durable outer layer of paint or laminate is added to the board. The difference between various types of fibreboards, such as HDF and MDF, is mainly the thickness, yet also how impact-resistant they are – and this determines what we use them for. So regardless if it’s a bed, a wardrobe or your new bathroom cabinet, the leftover wooden fibre becomes a resource instead of going to waste.
