Pleased with the purchaseAnonymous reviewerGood quality chest of drawers that fits perfectly in my bedroom, along with the matching bedside tables. I like the white stain effect, however I have noticed some slightly blue tinged areas primarily on the top shelf panel (not immediately noticeable). Not suitable for first time flat pack builders, due to the instructions being slightly confusing and build is quite time consuming. Also noticed there is x1 screw hole missing in the top shelf panel which I’ve accepted, but this hasn’t affected its stability and isn’t noticeable at all. Overall pleased with my purchase, hopefully it has the same longevity as the bedside tables.

Beautiful ChestAnonymous reviewerThe chest is beautiful with deep drawers that provide great storage. The instructions however could be much better for putting the item together as well as the packing of the materials could have been better labeled. I have purchased other furniture that required assembly and I must say IKEA did a horrible job with instructions, labels and assembling pieces for easy use. Otherwise, this chest is worth the purchase.

Sturdy chest of drawersAnonymous reviewereasy to construct set, just take your time and follow instructions- some items not numbered/ lettered so a bit of a head scratch at mid assembly of frame. Looks good when finished very sturdy. Stripped top back and wax finished, painted rest in farrow and ball eggshell - now looks the part!!

They do close when pushed close but will eventually rub off the gray coating. The top edge of the middle two drawers just marginally clear the frame. Top four drawers do not close at all, the top edge of the front facing panels overlap by about half a millimetre. No way to adjust the rails to drop the front facing panel, going to have to file away the securing holes for the grub screw on the upper drawer rails about one millimeter to drop the front panel of the drawers below the frame so they close. Very disappointed, cannot recommend this product.

Beautiful chest of drawers, parts could do with being labelled clearlyAnonymous reviewerI love my completed chest of drawers, it is exactly what I wanted and I'm thrilled with my purchase.
1) I love the finish. When you read the description it does clearly state it is stained, and not a solid paint finish. I bought the grey stained one & it's lovely.
2) It took me about 7.5 hours to construct on my own. Take your time and identify all the pieces before you start, it will make the construction easier. Pieces really could do with being labelled somehow. Biggest confusion was over the 'glide' (?) rails for the bottom of the drawers. Took me a good 30 mins to work out which rail was which. (HINT: rails are bundled into batches of 8 & each bundle contains 1 of each of the different rails).
3) The packages are heavy & I had to enlist help from a neighbour to carry the 3 boxes up to my 2nd floor apartment.
4) Drawers glide really well and are very spacious
5) Only thing I would like to see improved is the labelling of the various parts

Unbelievably poor qualityAnonymous reviewerHi have just bought these drawers in grey and left some one to put them up , I had white ones with the smooth feel kind of glossy look , but the grey one is an absolute eye sore with stained wood that is clearly very thinly Coated that you see all the grain through and look terrible i am not happy what so ever with them and they are definitely not worth £299 I just wish I was there when the boxes were opened as I would have closed them and took it back , and waste of money and don't even want them in my bedroom im so distraught

The finish is a painted wood look, and you can really see the texture, it’s not the smooth, shinier finish I was hoping for. I wish I’d saved the money and gone with the Koppang instead, since that has more of the sleek finish I was looking for.

Broken Parts and bad quality goodsAnonymous reviewerMy teenager daughter asked for this chest of drawers for her bedroom. It was a huge expense for us, but we decided to invest, thinking it would be something she could use for many years to come. However, it was incredibly complicated to put together, parts didn't match and the bottom panel has already snapped apart where the wood has a join (it's not one continuous piece of wood which causes it to have a weak point) It was so expensive to us, it's just falling apart and the bottom bit is propped up with books which looks awful. This has really put us off buying anything from Ikea again. I think if you wanted to buy this, definitely get the professionals to put it together, but also beware - it is not as well made as it should be for the price.
