Product details
Use a cord set to easily adjust the length of the cord for your pendant lamp. When the lamp hangs at the perfect height, gather the remaining cord in the ceiling cup and then mount it tight to the ceiling.

OK Product... but doesn't come with all the bits!Anonymous reviewerI was surprised to find when I went to fit this light fitting, that not everything is included. I looked through the manual as usual and found no "Have you got" section for the hook that is clearly shown in the instructions but not included.
You need a screw in ceiling hook which is also not available in store next to where these fittings are shelved. Its a bizarre setup to get you 95% there only to give you a surprise at the end!
IKEA should make it clear that this is not everything to fit this product and that you need to see other products to complete the install.

I bought with the reasonable assumption that all the essential parts needed to install would be included. Unfortunately you need to buy your own hook for the ceiling before you can proceed.
Quality is also poor. cheap, flimsy plastic but you get away with it if hanging from a good height.

Great priceAnonymous reviewerThese were brilliant the only exception was the instruction don't tell you that to install them you need a screw hook of a certain size until you get to the important bit of hanging them then you cannot because they do not come with this hook and I think that is a real shame and lets it down completely.
