Snapped straps & faulty metal parts Anonymous reviewerWe bought this sofa under a year ago and the straps that support the cushions have snapped.
We looked after it well, purchasing an expensive waterproof cover for it.
The cover appeared to work as we have not experienced any damage reported in the other reviews, but one of straps and metal attachments inexplicably snapped and so must be faulty.
Before this happened we loved the sofa and had no complaints.
Superb set Anonymous reviewerI absolutely love this set. The washable cushion covers, the versatility of the set. I have it in a conservatory but I think it would be great for outdoors too.
I thought it was good value for money but I did buy on offer.
Do not buy and leave outsideAnonymous reviewerThe stitching in the material connecting to the steel frame rots after 3 years exposed to the outside and our sofa is now unuseable. We tried to claim under the IKEA 10 year sofa guarantee but were told that does not apply to this product. Not a quality product though was good while it lasted
