Feels lovely and soft with the down layer and I don't feel any feathers at all. Puffs right back up before bedtime again :)5
Was great until I washed itAnonymous reviewerI’ve had this pillow for 2.5 years. It was a great pillow. Then I eventually decided it was time to wash it. What a mistake. I followed the instructions for washing. When it came out I can only describe it as smelling of wet dog, but more unpleasant. I assume it’s the feathers. I tried tumble drying it for hours but it won’t fully dry and the smell is unbearable. My husband didn’t realise and put it on our daughter’s bed. She woke several times as in the night and he thought she’d been sick it smelled so bad. I tried returning to the store but as we were past 1 year they wouldn’t accept the return. I invested in this pillow and this is clearly a defect. If they say it can be washed, it should be able to be washed without having a horrible stench after. Now it needs to go in the bin. Even if I was offered a replacement, I’d know I would never be able to wash it. Our entire upstairs had to be aired out. 1

Do not buy.Anonymous reviewerWas looking for a firm pillow and had a look at this on display then decided to puchase it. Because of the vacuum packaging it comes it you cant test what you are actually getting. My pillow was terrible with no support. Tried to return, the man at customer services even agreed that it was not firm but unfortunately you can not return once opened. Probably shouldnt package things this way if you can not return. Overall it is a waste on money.1
Not worth the money Anonymous reviewerVery poor quality for the price. The display pillow was soft, held the shape and the bounce and was exactly what you would expect a duck feather pillow to be like. However, it goes completely flat pretty much straight away after your head hits it. Despite the efforts to fluff it up and follow the ikea instructions, it does absolutely nothing. Not worth the money. Also, you won't be able to return it despite being of a completely different quality to the display pillow 1

How to care for your down/feather pillow

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your down/feather pillow and keep it fresh. The filling has a natural smell which can be reduced by airing or washing. Wash the pillow separately with a mild detergent (1/3 of the normal amount) on delicate cycle at 60°C. Avoid bleach/fabric softeners. Tumble dry immediately on low heat. A dryer ball or a high-quality tennis ball in the dryer make drying mor efficient. Air your pillow regularly, if possible, in direct sunlight.
