Plastic fall off after some timeAnonymous reviewerI usually like Ikea and bought many items that's practical. This mattress protector was great at the beginning and I bought other two over the years. I just found out that the plastic fall off into very small white pieces after wash. This is perhaps after two years but not environment friendly to throw away as the top layer is still in good condition. It's not usable to me after two years. Pls kindly improve. Thanks.3

Clean mattress!Anonymous reviewerBought this (well, 3 of them) for my grandchildren's bunk beds at my house. One of them was sick and I was mortified that the brand new mattress would be ruined. However, all perfect. The sheet kept everything dry. Easy to remove, easy to put on, comfy to sleep on, wash well, dry quickly. I bought more for spares after the sick incident because when I put him back to bed I just had to put a normal mattress protector on. A must for children's beds!5

Haven’t been able to test how waterproof it is yet but think it’s likely to protect mattress well.
