The soft-closing mechanism is integrated into the rails and catches the doors as they run on the rails so that they open and close slowly, quietly and softly.
The two panel door has chunky, wide frames with a bevelled edge on the inside. We've kept the details to a minimum and focused on clear lines.
GRIMO is covered in a white foil on both the front and back side, matching perfectly with your white PAX wardrobe frame.
Sliding doors allow more room for furniture because they don’t take any space to open.
The sliding doors do not require knobs or handles. This creates a timeless expression that is easy to combine with different styles.

Wardrobe Anonymous reviewerI am slightly disappointed with these doors I love the look of them but when fitted there is quite a big gap in between we have 2x2 sets of doors the same as we have in another bedroom but in a different design and the look perfect no gap so I think I would not have these doors again if the opportunity arises
GrimoAnonymous reviewerEasy to assemble but some quite heavy pieces to carry. No handles make re- closing one door more awkward. Getting levels right to stop doors sliding shut is proving tricky. One extra shelf or a spare rail should be considered when ordering if you want basic interior fittings, The shelf holders with screws were fiddly to screw in and once shelf holders are screwed into in the chipboard in the hole is forever “damaged” so chose spacing right first attempt. It’s a sturdy product that serves its purpose for me. I’m adding an extra rail and an internal door handle when I work out how to add it.

Love my new shoe closetAnonymous reviewerI was looking for a solution to store lots of shoes. Other racks you see for sale as so flimsy and keep collapsing. A friend told me about the Ikea range of wardrobes with great flexibility regarding measurements and internal storage options. I opted for the Pax wardrobes with sliding doors. I chose a dark grey frame and white doors. Each with 10 shelves (so 20 shelves in total) each shelf holding up to 8 pairs of shoes. I couldn’t be happier and the quality of the product was really great too. Thank you Ikea!
