Cheap and goodAnonymous reviewerI bought two mats with a slightly different idea for their use. I turned them into stair tread mats. I cut the mats in half lengthwise and ended up with two pieces. I attached them with double-sided tape and voila! My dog, who was afraid of going down the slippery, laminated stairs, thanked me:) Originally, I wanted to buy these mats online, but the prices turned out to be prohibitive. I needed to cover three steps, and most retailers sell sets of 15, averaging £40. You can buy them individually, but each one costs about £8. At IKEA, it cost me £3 for two mats! Sorry for the rather detailed description, but maybe someone will find my solution useful.
