TeaspoonsAnonymous reviewerOne day I was browsing through Ikea Nottingham on the look out for a specific item - a two in one concave and convex mirror with a handle to allow me to peek round corners or see what's behind me. Then I found "fornuft" which not only solved this problem, it gave me three spares allowing me to keep one in the car, one in the bathroom and one in the garage. The mirrors are shiny and bright and the handle fits perfectly, yet discreetly, in my pocket. When my mother in law came round I was astonished to see how versatile they were as she used it to take sugar out of a pot and stirred her tea with it which was a quirky but innovative use of this super-tool. Move aside Switzerland with your multi purpose knife, stick to cuckoo clocks from now on - there's a new fornuft in town and it ain't messin'.5

What is stainless steel?

Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing things – without losing its valuable properties.
