Inexpensive and usefulAnonymous reviewerI bought these for outside shade and as other reviewers suggest didn't use the template. They are fine for the purpose4
Great blind and easy to fit.Anonymous reviewerGreat blind, easy to fit and looks good.5
Quality window treatment Anonymous reviewerBought the blind for the kitchen which needed cutting to size which was straightforward and easy and fits perfectly and looks really good.5
Brilliant Anonymous reviewerMaybe not for official use...but I use for outside on calm hot days ...keeps my caravan really cool...( Keeping sun out before it gets through the glass ) unclip easy to take indoors ...so cheap I bought a few as spares..so have fitted two pull downs at corners with window suckers to secure to glass ...5
FantasticAnonymous reviewerWe cut this to size and it's absolutely brilliant at keeping the sun and heat out5
Blind is good - some installation tipsAnonymous reviewerNo screws included, you will need pan head ones (not countersink) - I used size 3.5mm x 20mm (No. 6 x 3/4") into plastic windows, with a pre-drilled 1.5mm hole. To measure for cutting, it's easier and more accurate to do so from the side you will cut rather than all the way across - simply subtract to work out how much to cut off. An easier and tidier cut can be made using a utility or snap knife rather than scissors. Put the blind on a semi-hard surface like a cutting mat or upturned cork bottomed table placemats that the blade can sink into a bit and you don't mind marking slightly. Use a long ruler or spare piece of thin metal or plastic as a cutting guide. If possible clamp it down so it can't move while you cut. Cut towards you and keep your spare hand clear in the unlikely case of a slip. Cutting the aluminium tube with a hacksaw will be easier with a fine toothed blade (32tpi - teeth per inch) - a common 24tpi blade will be jerky and difficult to cut tidily with.5
Great blackout blind for the moneyAnonymous reviewerIt works really well and was easy to fit. For £28 it is a bargain! It helps to keep my kitchen cooler in this heatwave.5
Cheap serviceable blinds - one issueAnonymous reviewerThese blinds are undoubtedly good value for occasional use. However there is one issue. Someone else mentioned that the plastic handles are a very tight fit so that when they are slid on they mark and damage the soft polypropylene fabric. I recommend that a slip of clean white paper is slid into the inside of the clip to temporarily protect the fabric as you slide the handle along. Be certain to follow the instructions very carefully if you wish to shorten the blind. I made a simple orientation error with the first one which meant I had to perform a bodge to correct, however the blind still works as intended.3
Good value but quality issuesAnonymous reviewerThese are cheap, work ok and are easy to fit. But a) the spring is quite weak, b) the clear plastic handle can be hard to slide onto the bottom bar, and can damage the fabric as you push it on. This is because there are flaws on the inside of the piece. Sometimes these are easy to sand off, other times not. I have fitted 6 of these in new build and I think half had the issue.3
Does what says!!Anonymous reviewerEasy to fit, good price , keeps out the light4
Great blind at a great priceAnonymous reviewerI have fitted these to all our windows over the last year. I fitted them inside the window opening so had to trim down to size, after first one it was pretty easy process even the bay window. Like how it retracts to your chosen place. Just a word of warning, the blinds are absolutely great. But if the buyer is not a competent DIYer get someone to fit them for you5
Good valueAnonymous reviewerLooks good4
Cardboard templateAnonymous reviewerThese are great.. but I discovered after fitting that the cardboard template to use to mark where the screws need to go is slightly too wide, resulting in the blinds only just catching. Better to measure it yourself, or manually adjust the template. I would buy them again, but not use the template.3
Easy to installAnonymous reviewerGreat value roller blind. Very easy to install.5
Value for money quality includedAnonymous reviewerInsane price that its easy to resize and operates beautifully5
Black-out blindAnonymous reviewerDoes a great job. Easy to operate5
BlindAnonymous reviewerGreat5
Absolutely rubbishAnonymous reviewerIf you have a long window these always break as if you try to pull it beyond its maximum length never works again.
Don’t even try to cut these to length. Complete waste of money1
Great blindsAnonymous reviewerWe purchased 8 of these blinds as a temporary window covering until we can have curtains and Roman blankets nds made. There so good we will keep them, so easy to install & pulling down & up without cords is great.4
Good Blind but....Anonymous reviewerIts a great quality Blind but wanted a Blind that you could not see the 'Roll' at the top of Window...should be the opposite way around if anyone gets what i mean, lol
Would have looked more seamless'..3
