nice looking but impractical Anonymous reviewerThis lamp has a sleek modern design and is not too big to sit on a bedside table. The wood effect stand adds a touch of elegance. However I would agree with other reviewers that there are two design faults. The main one being the on/off switch which is located at the back of the shade. In theory this should work well but the button is very small and very springy so that you need to exert some pressure to work it. It is also difficult to operate as you have to feel around with your fingers which is dangerous when the lamp is hot. The other less annoying fault is that the lamp has very limited movement for adjustment. Not recommended. If I lived nearer an Ikea I would return it3

Nice modern design good quality.Anonymous reviewerI see some other reviews about the switch on the back of the shade, I like that it is hidden, the reviewers saying the shade gets too hot to the touch when trying to find the on/off switch must be using the wrong type of bulb. You must use a LED bulb no more than 8.5w. I have a 4.5W LED Bulb in this lamp and the shade doesn’t even get warm after being on for hour’s at a time. Would recommend this product.5

Moving the shade… not much flexibility.Anonymous reviewerThe shade itself doesn’t have a wide varied degrees of manoeuvrability. The metal shade can do on the clock, 8 till 6, generally pointing down, though with bulb the field of view maybe more-so but haven’t tested yet. Takes no more than 8.5w, and manual states led and not halogen bulbs. Sturdy, but I don’t know if I’ll be using the usb-c 18w charging point.4

The on/off button is in wierd location, on the back of the shade, that can get quite hot. The round wood panel could or even should be a wireless charger. The lamp has an USB port but it just creates unnecessary cable mess on the desk when you want to charge your phone2
Nice lamp but Be carefulAnonymous reviewerI use this lamp for bedside reading. Sits well on a side table and doesn't take up too much. The usb-c connection provides fast charging. The downside is the on off switch is on the back of the light shade and doesn't protrude making it hard to find and if the lamp has been on for a while then you have a hot shade to try and not touch whilst trying to find the switch to turn it off 3
