Chips, don't recommend Anonymous reviewerI’m an experienced builder and have never had a problem cutting worktops before. I used new blades and outlined the cut with tape, and the veneer has chipped now leaving the whole piece either unusable. Disappointing, have emailed IKEA 1

A notable bonus, the tops are supplied with factory fitted edging on all four edges. This is useful when butting up and making a neat join in kitchen corners.
