This duvet cover is fabulous, lovely soft material that feels great against your skin, seems to soften with each wash and is also a lovely blue colour. The subtle checked pattern is great, contemporary and stylish and although the cover feels light it doesn’t feel cheap. It’s fantastic value and probably my favourite duvet cover from Ikea. Another added bonus is that it dries quickly and in the winter that is an absolute bonus. Great value! Great quality! Great style! I’m tempted to buy a spare.5
        Unacceptable Courier Handling and Missing Item (Order #1583146566)Anonymous reviewerI recently placed an order with IKEA, scheduled for delivery to my address in Cambridgeshire. While I expect standard couriers to fulfill basic handling requirements, the delivery executed by DPD fell well below acceptable standards. During the delivery, the courier deposited the parcel at my door with a loud, heavy thud. Upon inspecting the package, the following factual observations were made: - The parcel prominently displayed a red warning sticker indicating the contents were fragile. - The clear packing tape securing the vertical seam of the cardboard box had completely failed and split. - The cardboard flaps were fully separated, leaving a large vertical gap that exposed the interior of the box. Due to this structural breach of the packaging during transit, an item was missing from my delivery: the DOFTAKLEJA duvet cover set (Article no: 706.006.02). I have documented the damage photographically and submitted a formal claim for a replacement.1

        Awful qualityAnonymous reviewerAt the shop, it felt wonderful to the touch so I bought it. After wash (following the label specifications and using good quality products!), it became rough. It is incredibly scratchy and the lines are not printed on, they are sewed, so you feel every single one of them. It's very uncomfortable to the point that I give up buying Ikea bed linen because all the others I bought was the same story: feel soft on the display at the shop, when you wash it becomes scratchy. I don't think they use good quality cotton. It's a same though, as the design is lovely. I've tried to return in the past and it was declined saying that I could feel the quality in the shop. Indeed, in the shop it feels great, but am I not supposed to wash my bed linen now? Very disappointed. Money wasted.1

        SO BAD! ( Do not get the Single size )*Anonymous reviewerIt's possible other sizes are okay? But the single size is terrible. It's not as shown in the photos and definitely not as described. Firstly, the corner hole-grabbers are tiny so the main purpose of this (and cost vs asda for ex.) is a waste. Second, the MATERIAL, OMG so horrible, light, scratchy, no warmth whatsoever (possibly fine for heatwaves) but you can even feel the stitched LINES! (in red) this shouldn't be the case! Thinking of returning it on principle its so bad. And let's talk about the feel of it.. one of the reasons vs the others i bought this was the higher thread count.. Im familiar with that world, sateens, combed cotton, silk, you name it, and this has to be the cheapest quality cotton in the world to feel so rough and noisy with a thread count on that level* There was another thing but I forgot now.1
