Reviews

Delsjon Mixer TapAnonymous reviewerThe tap has a stylish design and was installed without any issues. It is well made and Its swivel action and control lever are smooth and firm, I’d recommend this product without a doubt.5
Very happy with itAnonymous reviewerLooks good with our dark green cabinets, easy to use and sturdy. It comes with 2 different filters to go in the nozzle, we used the less fine one which gave better water pressure.5
Good itemAnonymous reviewerLooks great in my new kitchen.5
Low pressureAnonymous reviewerI’m not sure if there was an alternative Low Pressure aerator with this tap. I certainly need to try one to see if my gravity water supply can work with this tap. 4
Ease of use, quality of feel and look, and value for money.Anonymous reviewerPewter looks great against older tiles adding new to old and feels very expensive in using handy lever that replaced two mixer taps.. BTW the plastic fitting under the counter spreads the pressure preventing any damage to thinner work tops I'm guessing the two star reviewer didn't realise5
Great tapAnonymous reviewerLooks very classy, very sturdy and easy to fit! 5

Great quality, very solid, looks great. Anonymous reviewerCannot fault anything at all. Brilliant quality, nice solid tap, easy to use, looks great. Easy to fit. Would buy again .5
Looks really goodAnonymous reviewerAmazing tap looks very nice and great quality 5
Poorly designedAnonymous reviewerWhile the tap looks great and there is no issue with water flow. The narrow base and long neck means a lot of pressure is applied to my worktop. Just normal use of the tap and movement of the arm was enough to cause it to crack my worktop and begin to lean to the side. Would recommend if getting this tap to make sure you don't use softer worktops or put something underneath the tap base to disperse the pressure.2
A very sturdy tap.Anonymous reviewerA very sturdy tap.5

Energy and resources

Did you know using water more efficiently can reduce your energy bills and help tackle climate change?

Heating hot water accounts for 25% of home energy usage. Using water efficiently reduces energy bills and ultimately reduces carbon emissions. Look for the unified water label and start making a difference. The label has a clear colour coded system to show how much energy and water the product uses. Green rated products use less than those rated Red. Visit www.uwla.eu to find out more.

Material

What is brass?

Brass is a mixture of copper and zinc and the amounts vary depending on the desired properties. Copper is usually the main material and the more zinc you add results in the brass being harder and stronger, but also results in it being more difficult to shape and less resistant to rust. Brass can be recycled as brass but never into its original metals. At IKEA we use brass for things like knobs, handles, frames and taps.
