I thought it may be due to the remote control, so I bought a new remote control but it remains the same it goes all the way to bright when I try to adjust the lights. Quite Simply, *The* BestAnonymous reviewerThis lamp is beautiful. It softens the light magically in a way that makes you truly appreciate the handmade shade. The ceramic base is perfectly textured - not too glossy and just the right tone against the ceramic's reflectivity. The cord is the tough and reliable sort too, making it feel like lasting quality. Frankly, it's an absolute steal at this price and no wonder I've been trying to get it for 4 months with semi-regular selling out of stock.
Note: for the 3* review here, it feels ridiculous to deduct 2 stars for the ease of glass removal when you won't need to do it for a year or so at a time. Ignore them, they clearly have no idea what they're talking about.5
