Reviews
Unable to use at presentAnonymous reviewerIt sprang out of my hand and I’m not sure how to put it back together, the spring is exposed and will not compress. Not sure if it faulty or I did something wrong.
DamagedAnonymous reviewerItem arrived as damaged. I got one couple of years ago which worked perfectly so it's sad that this new one came as damaged.
Quite goodAnonymous reviewerEasy to assemble, can’t take heavy load but adequate
Really good compared to those sold elsewhereAnonymous reviewerReally sturdy and doesn't ruin the plaster. I took the advice of one other commenter who advised to take off the plastic stop on one end and put it only when the rod id in place.
Used it as a curtain rod (heavy curtains) in a rented flat where no drilling is permitted.
Botaren poles am fantasticAnonymous reviewerBrought them for curtain poles am absolutely great wall to wall fitting no screws briliant
Used it for a door curtain rodAnonymous reviewerWork s for me
Not satisfyingAnonymous reviewerNot enough to hold weight of the curtain
Shower curtain rodAnonymous reviewerGreat product and great value
Shower curtain rod.Anonymous reviewerVery good quality, easy to install, very sturdy.
Perfect for net curtains tooAnonymous reviewerMy net curtains kept falling down because the tension rod I used was affected by temperature changes (especially opening windows regularly), so I took a gamble and went for this shower curtain rod... it paid off. I stuck the rod through slot top net curtain, attach the thick soft (rubber?) ends, and it's those thick ends that keep the rod (and thus the curtains) firmly in place. Once everything hangs, the rod goes unnoticed.
Temporary curtain railAnonymous reviewerBought to put up a second light pair of voiles in window recess behind main curtains, for privacy from workers on scaffolding nearby. Holding up well so far.
Good product easy to install great priceAnonymous reviewerHave tried several shower rail products from various companies. None of them would install properly/poor quality. This product was great.
Perfect fitAnonymous reviewerEasy installation and perfect fit for my bathroom
Extendable poleAnonymous reviewerPretty lightweight. Had trouble getting it to stay up so wouldn't buy again. Mechanism needs improving. Used for nets and wouldn't trust it to stay up for anything heavier. Not up to usual IKEA standards.
Great poleAnonymous reviewerExcellent -product, looks great too.
Does the job wellAnonymous reviewer😊 metal option would have been good
Won't stay upAnonymous reviewerI put this up, made sure it was level and tightened as instructions say. I put the shower curtain rings from Ikea on, and it fell down. It will not stay up.
Excellent when you know this tip.Anonymous reviewerI purchased three of these to hang IKEA BENGTA £12 210cm x 250cm blackout curtain on each.
I discovered that to flit these poles really well, the trick is to only put on one rubber end cap, size the pole in position and lock. Then add the other rubber end cap and the fit and this way, the spring in the middle works really well and the hold is excellent and of course, no tools needed. :-)
Easy to fix extendable shower curtain rod. Used for curtains on my window and it fitted perfectlyAnonymous reviewerGood and cheat, can not find any negatives
Curtain poleAnonymous reviewerExcellent product perfect for my net curtains stays up !! Definitely recommend
