Tricky but worth itAnonymous reviewerThis was a bit of a bigger job than planned due to really slanted old walls, but once you get your head around it and pack it out...It's really worth it. Great use of our alcove wardrobe in now my baby room. Used to store extra stuff for a year before he was born. If you aren't DIY confident, you might struggle.
Absolute joke of a productAnonymous reviewerWhy do you specify 8mm screws when they don’t fit? Why are the metal uprights tapered so no screw will ever work with this product? Now you know why Ikea don’t supply screws with the boaxel! Nothing works! Do not buy this product, it’s horribly designed and boarder line impossible to put together. I suggest burning money instead.
Awful. Don't go there.Anonymous reviewerAbsolutely terrible piece of furniture to try and assemble. Very poor instructions with nowhere near as much detail or explanation needed to get you putting it up correctly the first time. Drilled about 70 holes in walls that we had to redrill and redrill again.
No screws provided at all, you have to get your own hacksaw and cut the mounting rail to size EVEN when you've purchased a pre-made boaxel combination like this.
Not worth it. You'll spend all day getting frustrated at it with whoever you're trying to build it with and be back at square one at the end of the day needing to redo the whole thing anyway. Awful - go anywhere else for a wardrobe that works for your space.
