Great compact double bedAnonymous reviewerWe have found this bed very comfortable and space saving. The drawer is very useful too. Just be careful you read the description carefully for which side the drawer is!
Appalling serviceAnonymous reviewerIkea managed to mess up my order and delivery not once but 3 times. The customer service was appalling. The so called customer service team were so rude. I raised two complaints and did not ever hear back from anyone. Apparently they decide if they can he bothered to call you back and deal with your problem. So the complaints team must spend their entire day out at lunch.
Do not ever order for delivery. If you can't fit the item you want in a car or rent a transit, buy it from somewhere else.
Other than that the bed is great. Oh also, if you buy the bed with the help of staff at the store, because it isn't clearly marked on how to order the bed, there is 2 options, depending on which side of the bed you want the drawer, they just pick whichever they think you'd want!

Very comfortableAnonymous reviewerDecided on small double as it just made sense for one person and it gave me some extra space in my bedroom. Bed is also very comfortable and I wake up without the aches and pains my old bed gave me. All round it’s a winner for me and I’d recommend it to those who don’t want a single bed but also don’t need a full size double either.

Make sure you order the right orientation!Anonymous reviewerThere are two types to this bed with the draw on the left or the right (which they don't make obvious on the website). Check you have the right one. I didn't realise I had the wrong one until mid assembly. I was then told by customer services it couldn't be returned as the package was 'no longer sealed'. Beside this the build quality is the usual good standard you would expect from ikea.

Excellent bed - good quality and valueAnonymous reviewerWe bought this bed for my son; it was fairly easy to assemble (except for the drawer - don't let your pieces be upside down!) and looks great. With the Hovag mattress, I'd recommend it for comfort and looks. The only issue we had is that the instructions are very small and the drawings are quite difficult to follow - not typical for IKEA and perhaps something that could be improved. Overall we are delighted with the bed.
