Reviews

I like it a lotAnonymous reviewerVery good, nice quality, light weight product, that works well on induction hobs. The knob on the lid is particularly good because the recessed shape gives you a good grip preventing the lid slipping from your fingers on removal.5
Very goodAnonymous reviewerAmazing value for money5
SaucepanAnonymous reviewerGood size saucepan and very cheap5
Poor quality panAnonymous reviewerEverything stuck all around the pan every time it was used with all different foods. So hard to clean.1
SaucepanAnonymous reviewerExcellent price for a saucepan . Was a bit worried as I have an induction job and pan felt light , but it is up to standard and fit for purpose . A bonus is its weight as I have arthritis and isn’t too heavy when full5
bad qualityAnonymous reviewerIt got darkened on the first use.1
Great pan for induction hobAnonymous reviewerGreat pan at a great price 5
Great buyAnonymous reviewerThis cooking pot is very good quality at an amazing price. Ikea are so innovative and reliable. The pot has a 15 year guarantee and yet so affordable. You are my go to store!5
easy to cook with, and light to useAnonymous revieweris good value for money4
Good size and nice appearance.Anonymous reviewerthe pot is functional and fits perfectly on my gas hob.5
Quality at a bargain priceAnonymous reviewerThe last time l bought one of the saucepans was probably some twelve years ago and the only reason l replaced it was that the one handle was badly burnt ,which was my fault and was unable to be screwed back. The quality of the saucepans is amazing for the price ,l bought two for £10.00 thats a bargain5
My great value first saucepan purchase from IKEA. Anonymous reviewerI bought two of these saucepans and so far, I have no regrets. A nice solid base that sits well on our ceramic cooker. Great size for cooking a stew for a small family, double handles and a steam vent; what's not to like? Easy to clean. It's all good. 5
Brilliant Anonymous reviewerGreat pot for the price 5
Brilliant value for moneyAnonymous reviewerNice size. Can be used on induction hob. Sturdy two handle design useful if carrying a loaded pot, when using one handle would be difficult.5
Worth for 5 poundsAnonymous reviewerIt was honestly the best purchase. Worth every single penny.5
Advertised as stainless steel but contains aluminium base (single layer)Anonymous reviewerThough this is steel it’s too thin and the food burns even though an aluminium layer is added. This is a bit pricey compared to the 5 piece similar pots set.3
Quality is poor Anonymous reviewerQuality of the pan is poor 1
Nice stuff always Anonymous reviewerIKEA is the best regarding home stuff, well delivered5
With this product, I can now do what I dreamed of and what I could not do without it.Anonymous reviewerI consider it necessary to describe the advantages of the product in more detail, focusing on its price. It would also be nice to emphasize their sizes more precisely.4
Great little potAnonymous reviewerWonderful price, so useful for everyday cooking, not too small so easy to clean, would highly recommend. 5

Material

What is stainless steel?

Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing things – without losing its valuable properties.
