A bit of a letdownAnonymous reviewerI had my eye on these lights for a while as I believed they'd compliment my mushroom coloured bed frame. They do look okay when put in place but there are a couple of important things to note before purchasing your own. The most noticeable thing is that the light ISN'T a warm light like the glow in the product photos. This warmth has clearly been exaggerated outside of the realm of reality. I'd describe it as a cool, dim glow, so nowhere near as vibrant as I would have expected based on the impression created by the product images. The second issue, and perhaps the most important, is that fact that they take 2 x AA batteries and only lasts about 4 hours switched on. The battery pack on my lights have an incredibly loose switch, so the lights were somehow switched back on after I turn them off, completely draining the batteries each time. Takeaways: Just Okay. These "cold" lights are ONLY worth buying if using rechargeable batteries otherwise they will cost you a small fortune to run.
