Really good but one quibbleAnonymous reviewerPurchased my Aleby swivel chair and footstool from the Leeds store on September 30th 2025. Unpacked it all the next day (October 1st) and found there was no instruction leaflet with the chair. Worse, the solid cylindrical part that forms the swivel function was badly scratched. (I have photographs.) It seems the only way to replace it is to go back to the store forty three miles away - I'm 81 years old so that was out of the question. The part is hidden anyway so decided to press on. I printed off the instructions from the website. I put the chair together without any problems and all functions well. I really like the chair but I'm not happy about what is obviously an old part being sold as new.

Now a firm favourite!Anonymous reviewerWe bought this chair for our front room at the same time as a big sofa. Initially the teenagers in the house all avoided this chair as the sofa looked comfier but once they realised it reclines and rotates there are now arguments over who sits in it. Thanks for making our front room a battleground, Ikea! Joking aside, both sons have asked for one in their bedrooms so another order will be going in!

Easy peasy to put together though two pairs of hands are needed to lift it onto the base. Now to convince my husband that I need the matching footstool.
