Lovely but timer doesn’t work Anonymous reviewerThese candles are lovely, they give a great effect of flickering candles. Worked great the first couple of nights but then the timer goes wayward, coming on earlier than they should, don’t stay on as long as they should.
Great idea to use rechargeable batteries, it’s such a shame the timer fails the product. 3

Nice alternative to flameAnonymous reviewerWe use these when waking up to feed our baby at night, and they're perfect.dim and yellow light with a nice bit of flicker.
The hand activation functionality is useful, just wave your hand above them and they turn on. Trouble is that we found the often turned on by themselves. After much annoyance we figured out that it's the iPhone face id (infrared pulse) that triggers them to turn on. It would almost have been useful except that it doesn't turn them back off again... It's annoying to have them turn on "randomly" when we don't want them to.3

Fab led candlesAnonymous reviewerReally like these. Give off nice soft lighting. I don’t use them on timer only sensor. I also use with Ladda (ikea rechargeable batteries) have them on all the time batteries last for ages.5
Timer isn't quite rightAnonymous reviewerThey look great, and they do turn off after 6 hrs but they turn on early the next day and not at the time you turned them on on the first day. This is disappointing, going to try the motion sensors instead but this lack of control stops me buying any more as it will end up with too many switches to flick twice a day2
Simply doesn't workAnonymous reviewerThe 6 hour timer which is supposed to switch the candles on at the same time every day doesn't work. It only took 1 day for all three candles to be completely out of sync with each other by several hours.
Fustrated, I decided to use the motion sensor option instead, but the candles randomly switch on during the day, despite there being nothing to trigger this. Additionally, trying to turn off the candles using the motion sensor during the day often does nothing and I have to revert to flipping the switch.
Finally, these candles make a faint but noticable high pitched buzzing noise whenever the lights are on. In summary, the candles look nice as a decoration, but they are functionally almost useless.1

The colour spoils them which is such a shame because they are superior in every other way.
