Where do I go to collect my Click and Collect order? What do I need to bring with me to collect my order?

This will depend on the Click and Collect location selected when you placed your order. Please follow the instructions in your 'your order is now ready' email.

IKEA Stores collection: Follow the directions to the Click and collect area once you arrive at the store.  
Tesco car park pick-up points: Go to the IKEA Click and collect area where the IKEA van will be waiting. 
IKEA & Shift pick-up lockers: Go to your selected locker as stated in your confirmation email. 
DPD pick-up points: Go to your selected DPD shop as stated in your confirmation email. 
Please bring the 'your order is now ready' email as you will need your order details to confirm your arrival. Please also bring ID as it may be requested.
