Why can I not book a smaller delivery service?
At IKEA we offer deliveries for orders big and small. When placing your online order, the types of services offered can depend on order size, delivery location, delivery demand and product availability.
Our Customer Service has access to the same delivery options that customers can see on the website checkout.
