How do I manage my IKEA Family account?
Your IKEA Family profile is the central place to keep your membership details up to date and manage your preferences. By logging into your account on the IKEA website or app, you can easily access the "Manage account" section.
- Update personal information: You can change your name, home address, email address, and other contact information to ensure your profile information is always up to date.
- Manage marketing preferences: Choose if, and how you want to receive marketing messages for IKEA products and services. You can opt in or out of emails and text messages. Keep in mind that if you opt out of emails, you may miss out on special offers and surprises. If you have opted in for receiving emails from IKEA Family but still haven’t received any emails, it’s also a good idea to check your email junk folder or spam folder, as sometimes messages can end up there.
- Access digital receipts: All your receipts are saved automatically in your purchase history when you identify your membership, making returns and tracking expenses simple.
