My postcode isn't recognised, what should I do?
We're sorry that your postcode isn't recognised. Make sure that you have left a space in the middle of your postcode. If the issue persists, let us know.
Postcodes not being recognised is normally an indication that the stock you have added to your basket isn't available by your selected delivery method. Please try to select another method.
Alternatively, if your house is a new build, please check that your postcode is available on Royal Mail's postcode finder.
