What to do if your Hei card or IKEA loan has expired?

Ikano Bank will send you a new Hei card. For an expired IKEA loan, you need to apply for a new loan decision.

If you have an existing Hei card, Ikano Bank will send a new one when the old one expires. If you don’t receive it, contact Ikano Bank’s customer service.

You can use the IKEA loan for purchases within 3 months of approval. After that, you need to apply for a new loan decision. Contact details for Ikano Bank’s customer service are on their website.
