How can I check my hei-card and IKEA-loans information?
To check your Hei card details, log into your hei-account on Ikano Bank’s website. For IKEA loan details, contact Ikano Bank’s customer service.
Log into your Hei account on Ikano Bank’s website at www.ikanobank.fi/kuluttajille/asiakaspalvelu/oma-tili. In the Oma Tili service, you can check hei-card details and manage related matters.
For IKEA loan details, contact Ikano Bank’s customer service at www.ikanobank.fi/kuluttajille/asiakaspalvelu. IKEA Customer Service cannot check the details for you due to banking confidentiality. To print a temporary hei-card, find it digitally in the Oma Tili service.
