How do I pay online purchases with hei card or IKEA loan?

You can use the hei card or IKEA loan as a payment method in our online store if you have applied for the card/loan and it has been granted to you.

If you don't yet have a hei card or IKEA loan, you can apply for financing on the Financial Services page. After approving the application, you will have immediate access to a digital card where you will find the information needed to make purchases.

At the checkout you can enter the details of the Hei card in the payment method menu under Credit card: leave the certificate field blank. When paying with an IKEA loan, select IKEA loan as your payment method and enter your virtual card number and CVV security code.
