Is the hei-card or IKEA loan immediately available to use?
If your application is approved, you can shop right away, either in a department store or online.
The IKEA loan can be used immediately after signing the loan agreement.
For Hei card purchases, you will receive a digital card. You can access your digital card on the Ikano website.
The physical card is delivered to your home by mail about 2 weeks after a positive decision. You usually receive the decision on the card or loan application immediately by text message.
If Ikano Bank needs any additional information to process the application, they will contact the applicant.
