Is the hei-card or IKEA loan immediately available to use?
If your application is approved, you can shop right away, either in a department store or online.
The IKEA loan can be used immediately after signing the loan agreement. For Hei card purchases, you will receive a purchase certificate for initial purchases in the store - after that, you need to wait for the card to arrive. The card is delivered to your home by mail about 2 weeks after a positive decision. You usually receive the decision on the card or loan application immediately by text message.
If Ikano Bank needs any additional information to process the application, they will contact the applicant.
