Will I receive order confirmation?

Order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail after making the purchase.

Order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you added when creating the order. Sometimes a delay can occur, when receiving the order confirmation. Please also check your trash-folder in your email.

In addition to order confirmation, you will receive separate confirmation, when you have picked package or parcel delivery. A payment confirmation is an accounting document that contains a VAT breakdown. If you selected invoice as a payment, you will receive the invoice after you have received your order. Your order confirmation will include your order number that you can use to Track and manage your order.
