I've been granted an IKEA loan, but I haven't received the loan details yet - how do I make purchases?

You can make a purchase using the loan information found in the IKEA loan decision both in the online store and at the checkout in the store.

Select "Payment card" as the payment method in the online store.
In the online store, the date field is not filled with the expiry date of the loan, but with the date mentioned in the section  "Card validity period - Used at checkout and in the online store". The validity of the loan number is in the format MM/YYY (month/year). The "Security code" needs to be left empty.
