How do I request a refund?
When you return or complain about a product, we will always refund the payment you made to the original payment method.
The payment will not be refunded until we have received the returned product or when the complaint has been completed jointly. A refund usually takes about 5-10 banking days. If you have been charged twice, please contact our customer service to resolve the matter.

The quickest way to contact our customer service is to write Customer Service representative in the chat. Please reserve image or PDF copies of both payments before contacting us in order to speed up the processing of the matter. Attachments can be sent via chat.
