How does Collect from external pickup point work?
You can choose the Collect from an external pickup point. We offer two kinds of external pick ups: 1-hour pickup time or 3-day pick up time.
If pick up from an IKEA location is not convenient for you, you may choose to collect your order from an external pickup point. Our external pickup points are located all across Finland.
When choosing Collect from external pickup point - 1-hour pick up time you can collect your order from a delivery truck on your city for one hour on the day of your choosing. Your order will be delivered from your nearest store. The service fee is 9,90 € for IKEA Family -members, and without the membership 19,90 € for orders over 10 euros. Collect from external pickup point - 3-day pickup time is a service where you may collect your order from an external pickup point maintained by our partner. Your order will be delivered from nearest IKEA store on the day of your choosing and must be collected in the span of three (3) business days of arrival. To use this service, add your desired items to your cart, and select the 'Collect from IKEA location' or 'Collect from external pickup point' option at checkout. Choose your preferred collection point and time slot. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with collection details, and once your order is ready, you'll be notified to pick it up.
