You can choose the Collect from an external pickup point. We offer two kinds of external pick ups: 1-hour pickup time or 3-day pick up time.

To use this service, add your desired items to your cart, and select the 'Collect from IKEA location' or 'Collect from external pickup point' option at checkout. Choose your preferred collection point and time slot. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with collection details, and once your order is ready, you'll be notified to pick it up. Ensure you have your order confirmation and ID with you. For any issues during collection, follow instructions provided in your notification or reach out to IKEA customer support.
