Are the pick-up boxes in IKEA-stores always open?
You can pick up your Click & Collect purchases from the pick-up boxes located in our department stores at a time that suits you best.
Pick-up boxes are open 24/7. You have two days to collect your order from the pick-up boxes after you have received the collection notification. Your order's pick-up location and code will be provided in the arrival notification. If you have not received the pick-up notification, you can check the status of your order on the Track and manage my order page. As soon as you see the PIN pick-up code on the site, you can come to pick up your order.
If you do not pick up your order within two days, it will be returned to the store and the order amount will be refunded to your payment method.
