Are the pick-up lockers in IKEA locations always open?

You can collect your purchases when its most suitable for you. The pickup lockers are outside of the IKEA location and therefore open 24/7.

Pick-up lockers are available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You have 2 days to pick up your purchases from the day they are placed in the locker. The pick-up location and code for your order will be communicated to you in the arrival notification. If you have not received a pick-up notification, you can check the status of your order on the Manage your order page. As soon as you see a PIN pickup code on the site, you can arrive to pick up your order.
If you don't pick up your order within two days, it will be returned to the store and the payment will be refunded to the payment method you used.
