How do I identify myself as an IKEA Family member?
Digital IKEA Family member card is available on IKEA App.
You will always have your IKEA Family card by your side when shopping inside our mobile app. At the store checkout you can also indentify yourself by your phone number.
IKEA Family member card is also available at the end of the IKEA Family newsletter and from your own member profile. You can login to your member profile on the Login page.
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one from the login page. If requesting a new password doesn’t work, you can also sign in using a one-time code, which can be ordered from the same page.
