What happens if the Collect from IKEA location order is not picked up?
If order is not picked up, it will be returned back to the store and money will be returned to buyer.
Money will be returned to the original payment method that was used when doing the purchase. Payment should be visible on the original payment method in 5-10 business days.

Choose your preferred collection point and time slot. You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with collection details, and once your order is ready, you'll be notified to pick it up.
