How can I check the gift card balance?

You can easily check your gift, campaign benefit or refund card balance online or in the IKEA app.

On the page IKEA Gift Cards there is a section 'Check your gift card balance'. You can check your gift, promo or refund card balance by logging in or creating an IKEA account. When logged in, you can enter the card number on the appropriate line, and by pressing the arrow on the line, you can see the balance of the card. The gift card is valid as long as there is a balance added to it.
In the IKEA app, you can check your balance by going to My account, Wallet and Gift and refund cards.
If you have a foreign gift card, you will see the balance of the gift card converted into euros and the validity period of the gift card, if any.
