How do I order a new password?
Don't worry if you can't remember your password. You can log in with a one-time code or order a new password.
If you wish, you can log in to your account with a one-time code: just enter your email address in the appropriate line on the IKEA.fi/en/login page, and click on the Login with one-time code text below your email address.
If you prefer to order a new password, first enter your phone number or email address on the dedicated line on IKEA.fi/en/login, and click on Forgot your password?. Follow the instructions on the website and you will soon have a new password for your account.
