How do I change contact information or edit my preferences in my IKEA Family profile?
You can change the contact information for your IKEA Family customer account or change your email address by logging into your IKEA Family account.
The username for your IKEA Family account is the email address you enter. If you have forgotten your password, you can order a new one from the Sign in page. You may change your preferred store or language in your profile under the header "Preferences".
