Online Purchases

  • Choose the device you'd like to shop with and how to receive your order.

    You can shop online from any device and decide where and how you'd like to receive your order. Unsure about how it works? Head to our online shopping page and discover all the options available. To start an order, select the products you wish and add them to your shopping bag.

    You will then need to select a delivery option:

    Home delivery: we send your order to the address you indicate. If you choose home delivery, we'll ask you to enter the postcode of the delivery address.

    Click & Collect: collect your order at any of our IKEA stores, at our Pamplona Delivery Point or at any of our partners' collection points.

    If you live outside of Spain and choose Click & Collect, you'll need to enter 99999 as your postcode in your personal information in order to continue with your purchase.

    Before making payment, you'll be able to view your complete order with the final prices of the items and any services you have chosen, the Click & Collect collection date or the selected delivery time in the case of Home Delivery.

    Once payment has been made, you'll receive an instant confirmation of your order by email. To collect your purchase, you'll need to show the identity document you provided at time of purchase. For Click & Collect orders, you'll need to show the order confirmation email as well as your identity document.

    The prices shown on our website may be lower or higher* in certain stores.

    *For national or local promotions consisting of combo deals and 3x2 offers, the customer will initially pay the price without the discount. The discount will then be refunded within 72 hours through the same payment method used to make the purchase. All of our prices include VAT.

    You can also find all our combo deal promotions, whether these are part of a local or nationwide offer. You decide which channel you'd like to use to make your purchase (website, in-store, app or by phone) and choose the delivery option that best suits your needs.

    In these promotions, you'll be asked to pay the full price of the item without the discount. We'll then refund the discount within 72 hours to the same payment method you used to make your purchase.

  • Of course! Add the Click & Collect service and choose where you'd like to collect it. We'll let you know when your order is ready.

    With the Click & Collect option, your online order will be ready for collection at an IKEA store within three hours, or at a collection point within three days. You can find more information and a list of available collection points here: Click & Collect

    We'll have it ready for you at the delivery counter or, if you prefer, at any of our available Click & Collect collection points. Find out how it all works by clicking on the above link.

    You can also collect your order from the Pick-up lockers found outside our stores, which are accessible 24 hours a day.

    We offer your choice of 17 stores, 35 collection points and 2,300 Correos post offices.

  • You can pay for your online purchases via:

    • Credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard or American Express).
    • PayPal.
    • Gift card or refund card (below EUR 1,000).
    • Instalments across 48 months APR 0%1 using our IKEA VISA card*
    • Bank transfer through Trustly

     

    You cannot pay for your purchase using two or more credit cards/payment methods, with the exception of gift or refund cards.

    Spanish Law 11/2021 of 9 July ushered in new rules and regulations to prevent and combat tax fraud and tax evasion directly affecting the functioning of the domestic market. As of 11 July 2021, it will no longer be possible to make total or partial payments in cash or bearer instruments (including gift and/or refund cards) for transactions of EUR 1,000 or more.*

    When paying with your IKEA VISA card, you'll be shown various options for spreading your purchase and can choose the one that best suits your needs.

    You can pay by transfer with your bank through TRUSTLY, when the delivery time exceeds 5 days. Once you finish the payment process, an email will arrive in your inbox informing you that IKEA has received your request and during the following hours we will confirm your order.

    * The IKEA VISA card is issued by hybrid payment entity CaixaBank Payments & Consumer, E.F.C., E.P., S.A.U. and is subject to its approval. The entity has chosen a system for protecting the funds received from users of payment services whereby they deposit their funds in a separate bank account held at CaixaBank, S.A.   • We generate a standard invoice for all online orders, so please check your billing details at time of purchase.

    We'll deliver a standard invoice valid for tax purposes along with your order if you have chosen the "No rush, I can wait" delivery method.

    If you have chosen "As soon as possible" home delivery, you'll receive your invoice at the time of purchase.

  • You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the items purchased online at IKEA.es.

    Before the end of this period, you may cancel your entire order at the IKEA Customer Service counter at any IKEA store or by writing to csc.ibes.ES@ikea.com with the cancellation request found in our General Terms and Conditions for Online Purchases.

    If you exercise your right of withdrawal within this period, IKEA will refund all payments received, including costs for delivery and order preparation. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used to make the purchase and within a maximum term of 3 working days from communication of the withdrawal. If additional services were hired, we'll refund all payments received, provided that the hired services have not been fully rendered.

    If, within this period, you decide to return only some of the products in an order (partial withdrawal), IKEA will reimburse you for the amount of the products returned. In this case, the proportional part of the value for the hired services will be refunded when the order amount that is refunded brings the order into a lower delivery cost bracket.

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have suffered any kind of wear and tear or deterioration.
