I have a damaged product, what can I do?
If you have received a damaged product, you can either file a claim online or contact IKEA Customer Service for assistance.
If your delivery contains a damaged product, you can file a claim online.
To do so, log in to your profile and go to "My Purchases."
Select your order and the affected product.
IKEA will then contact you with the next steps.
If you cannot find the correct order in your shopping history, or would like to claim a damaged product that you picked up yourself, please select your preferred contact option or chat with us.
