Where do I turn in the event of self-inflicted transport damage?
As an IKEA Family member, you benefit from our transport and assembly security if you register your IKEA Family card when you pay.
If a product breaks during transportation or assembly, we will replace it. Bring the product you purchased back to your IKEA store within 4 weeks of the purchase date and present the original receipt or invoice and we will replace it. The transport and assembly guarantee does not apply to cut-to-size goods (e.g. fabrics and kitchen worktops), green plants and found items.
The delivery date will be sent to you directly after your order in the order confirmation.
