What can I do if I have been overcharged for a product on my receipt?

Please always check your receipt immediately after payment. If anything is unclear, please speak to us on site.

 

If you think you have paid for more products than you have received, please report this immediately to the IKEA store.

Please have your proof of purchase ready and the item number in question.
