What do I have to do in the event of a product recall?
Customer safety is a top priority at IKEA.
All our products are tested. Despite these testing standards, there are cases where products have to be recalled if there are concerns about customer safety.
You can return recalled products to any IKEA store. A proof of purchase is not necessary, you will receive a refund of the purchase price. You can book an appointment here so you don't have to wait.
