How can I file a claim on a product or service?

We’re sorry you have to file a claim. You have the following options.

  • The quickest way to get a replacement for your product (except household appliances) is at an IKEA store. Just bring the product or item you wish to file a claim about to our customer service.

  • You can also prepare the return online before taking it back to the IKEA store. Many IKEA stores provide appointmens - please use our contact form.

  • You can report damaged products in your delivery or return smaller items free of charge. To do this, log in to your order or your profile and select the product you wish to return.

  • What about electrical appliances? Please contact our service partner directly. You will find the contact data using our German tool
