What can I do if I lose or forget something at an IKEA store?

The best thing to do is to go back and ask at the customer service desk whether any of your lost personal belongings or purchases have been handed in at the IKEA store.

We’ll be happy to return your forgotten purchase to you if it has been found; remember that we’ll need to see your original proof of purchase.

We’ll need a detailed description for private property. For your own safety: Block any lost debit or credit cards.
