What can I do if I have lost my receipt?
If you are an IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member and have registered your card at the time of purchase, you can view your purchases and receipts online.
To do this, log in to your IKEA profile and find the information you need under ‘Your purchases’. By the way, you can find your order number below the barcode.
Please understand that we cannot search for receipts.
